Postpartum Check in Visits and Lactation Support

Postpartum Check in and Lactation Support Visits are great for those families not looking for full time or consistent postpartum doula support.

We will address your physical and emotional healing and well being as well as take a look at any issues that may be going on surrounding your lactation journey.

** These are 2 hour visits and available a la carte

Daytime Postpartum Support

Postpartum care is based off of each individual families wants and needs. Sometimes this includes assistance with lactation and/or bottle feeding; providing emotional support; running errands; preparing nutritious meals; baby's laundry; birth story processing; light dishes; basic newborn care; caring for baby while parents rest/shower/take a needed break.

** There is a 4 hour minimum for these visits to ensure best quality support.
