This is a private class for one birthing person/family in the comfort of your own home.
It is designed for first time birthing families as an intro or prep to their lactation journey.
We will go over basic anatomy and physiology, milk changes, is your baby getting enough, hunger cues, positioning and latching, and how your family can best support you.
** Virtual/Zoom Option Available as well**

The perk of doing this class in a group setting is building YOUR village and community.
Group will be small as space is limited. Covid Safety protocols in place.
$100 monetary exchange
Payment covers birthing person and partner or chosen support person.
